SHIPPING FORMS
It is important to enter a telephone number where you can be reached in case of absence.
Indicate preferably a delivery address where a person is always to receive the package, for example, the workplace.
The shipping costs will appear on screen, calculated automatically, when you check the shopping cart once you have registered.
This information will always be available before making the final purchase. In addition, after completion, you will receive an e-mail where the total price of the items plus shipping costs will be reflected again.
Remember that by consulting the shopping cart, once you have registered, you can see the shipping costs of your order calculated automatically.
All shipments will be made through GLS, for which Ciudad Oasis will provide a tracking code to the buyer. All delivery times will count from receipt of payment of the purchase. All payments received after 2pm will count as 9:00 am the next day. The delivery time is 24 working days at the shipping address for Spain and Portugal except Spanish Islands, 24-48 h for Balearic Islands and 3-4 Days for the rest.

Changes or refunds will be accepted in the following cases:
* If the requested product does not satisfy you: We will refund the amount of the product but not the shipping costs paid in the order. No refunds on unsecured items in the case of Vinyl, Cassettes, Flexi Disc or any other audiovisual media susceptible to hacking.
* Defective product of origin or that, by mistake, does not respond to the order: The customer may choose to refund the full amount (amount of the product and return costs) or change for the same reference or another of similar amount (no shipping costs will be applied).
* Purchase returned by an error in the address or by the recipient not receiving: We will refund the amount of the product but not the shipping costs paid in the order. In the case of requesting a resend of the purchase, the client must pay the expenses of the new shipment and the surcharge that, in his case, has charged us the transport for the return of the shipment.
TERMS OF THE RETURN:
Before making a change or return, you must contact us in advance through the email shop@ciudadoasis.com.
Only returns of items purchased at the Ciudad Oasis Bandcamp will be accepted.
No returns of any item are allowed if the seal of origin is not kept intact, except in cases where the product is defective.
The amount will not be refunded or the merchandise will be re-sent as long as we do not verify the reception and status of the returned products. The item to be returned must be perfectly packaged to avoid damage to its return.
Only shipping costs will be returned when the product is defective or does not correspond to the item requested by the customer.
The refund will be made through the means of payment used in the purchase.
